Committees

 Internal groups primarily composed of teachers and administration, focused on practical, school-centered work.

• Curriculum Support Committee – Guides curriculum development, teaching resources, and parent education programs, ensuring alignment with Waldorf pedagogy and the school’s vision.

• Faculty Evaluation Committee – Oversees teaching quality, teamwork, and student progress to ensure alignment with academic pathways and school values.

• Faculty Development Committee – Identifies professional development opportunities, coordinates induction for new teachers, and supports ongoing growth for all staff.

• Student Action Committee – Engages students in social, cultural, and environmental projects, supporting student-led initiatives and service learning.

• Remuneration Committee – Reviews staff salaries and benefits, ensuring fairness and alignment with school's principles. Reports to the School Board while maintaining confidentiality.

• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Committee – Develops and monitors health, safety, and environmental policies, conducts audits and drills, and ensures compliance with regulations.

• Communications Committee – Manages school communications, including newsletters, announcements, and public messaging, ensuring alignment with philosophy, values, and strategic goals.

Circles

Broader groups including parents, alumni, and other community members, fostering collaboration and shared responsibility across the school community.

• Outreach Circle – Connects the school with the wider community, including Waldorf networks, partners, and the public, supporting enrolment and engagement initiatives.

• Care Circle – Supports the well-being of students, teachers, and families; oversees induction for new families and fosters mental, emotional, and social support.

• Campus Care Circle – Maintains and enhances the physical environment, including gardens and sustainability projects, with community participation.

• Audit Circle – Reviews financial, operational, and governance practices to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Fundraising Circle – Plans and executes fundraising initiatives, engaging parents, alumni, and friends to support school programs and resources.
